Because each piece is created with care and many are one-of-a-kind, our return policy is limited but fair.
Original Paintings
• All original artworks are final sale and non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
• If your artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and artwork.

Prints & Merchandise

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only if items are unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

• Once a return is received and inspected, refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• We will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation

Non-Returnable Items

• Original paintings
• Custom or commissioned work
• Sale or discounted items (unless defective)
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, please return the item (if eligible) and place a new order.
